The gardens and pools are fine and provide a peaceful oasis. The Double Room with Pool View was spacious, offering great views and comfort after long days of exploring. With its convenient central location, you're just a stone's throw away from must-visit landmarks.

Was a good location in Hermisillo, once we found the hotel. Nice grounds & pool. New shopping center around the corner. Hotel was very clean.

The one thing I didn't like it was hard to find, and enter the hotel. (We have never been to Hermisillo) Once we found the hotel the exiit sign is the only sign we could see, so we drove about 2 miles trying to find the entrance, the sign couldn't be seen because of the way it was posted, the exit entrance was the same drive way.

The hotel was excellent and incredibly friendly, and the staff were exceptional, liked the magnificent location adjacent to the Colonial, and the city's main mall and a museum. The room with wheelchair accessible bathrooms. The breakfast was free and awesome and offered a great selection of outstanding food.

Had significant issues like the room key needing constant reactivation upon returning. Hard beds were uncomfortable, and there was no ice available in the hotel, disappointing. The room cleanliness was also a concern, with reports of dirty floors that marred the experience.

Quiet and absolutely great rooms with wheelchair accessible bathrooms for hotel guests.

The beds were hard. The constant need to reactivate our room key was frustrating and inconvenient. The hotel's atmosphere felt unwelcoming, particularly with the restrictions on eating and drinking outside of designated areas.

I tell ya what, the swimming pool was a real treat! My family had a blast and the water was just perfect. The folks at the front desk were kind as a summer peach, but the breakfast could use a bit more flavor. Might think about stickin' to a different spot for my morning chow next time.

It's location so i could stay overnight and return to Kino Bay in a timely fashion. My sister was leaving for the states from Tefusa so it all worked out very well.

Had a nice stay! The vibrant decor really added a special touch. The pool area is super relaxing. I did find the mattress pretty hard, but the overall vibe made it worthwhile.

Almost thought about giving this place a good review, but then I remembered the ridiculous key situation and the hard as a rock mattress! I mean, who needs quality sleep anyways? I expected complimentary snacks in my room, but apparently, I'm just a regular guest. Would've been nice to feel special on my stay here.

Spacious room with attentive staff! The hotel is conveniently located near a large shopping mall. The area was well-kept and the room service was reliable.

The air conditioner was a bit noisy at times, which might disturb light sleepers.

A nice grassy courtyard with a pool area offered a relaxing escape after a long day, and the on-site cafe served decent meals with home-grown organic fruits, a good surprise. The room had some cleanliness issues, with a lingering unpleasant odor, and the mattress was quite firm were great. The central location is a plus, but the overall experience could use improvement in maintaining the facilities.

Wi-fi was fast, and I appreciated the 24-hour reception, but no free parking available.
